The summer of 2022 was extremely busy and most importantly we all remained safe.  

 

The Catamaran sailboat Shadowfax has been serviced and is ready for 2023 season. 

​

Several exciting overhauls were completed.  A new Gib (front sail) and a second motor was installed in addition to reinstalling our electric motor, providing us with additional backup "green" power.

 

Over the last seven years we received  many thoughtful TripAdvisor comments.  Please check them out.  This past year we again received the TripAdvisor Award of Excellence.  I understand that Google Business also has many great reviews.

We are available to take 2023 pre booking reservations.  There is no cost for this but it can help ensure that you have a tentative date for the time you choose.  Call me for details. Once rebooked we also ask everyone to call two / three days prior to your booking to confirm that the weather for your upcoming date is cooperating. 

 

We don't go out in rainy or bad weather or in unsafe conditions.

Island Marine Adventures and COVID -19

​

During these  times of the COVID -19 pandemic changes to our operations were based on the directives and guidelines made by the Provincial Health Officer and the Minister of Health.  These have changed lately but it looks like all of us can breath a sigh of relief.

​

Sanitizing sprays are still available for use. 

​

Bring your own masks if you wish.

​

​Our priority during these times is the health and safety of our clients and the community at large. We will continue to operate in compliance with The Provincial Minister of Health and Medical Health Officer.

 

Please note that we can still arrange a A Celebration of Life or the Ashes to the Ocean Ceremony.  These usually take about 1.5 hours.

​

We are starting to set up pre and on-site liability procedures.  A copy of our form is found here on our website for you to examine.  Prior to boarding we will asking you to sign the liability form electronically on our computer tablet.

​

Note:  We will keep you informed as new guidelines become available.  

​

We are still offering our 1.5, 2 or or 3-hour Shadowfax catamaran sailing /cruising adventures.
